Job Requirements


    • Assist in the purchasing function in all parts of the organization.
    • Maintain supply chain to ensure consistent material flow to meet production plan.
    • Performs tactical purchasing to ensure the correct product is received on time.
    • Effectively manages the coordination of shipments and documentation of outgoing orders.
    • Accurately maintains data entry of inventory records.
    • Actively pursues and negotiates cost savings to achieve financial goals.


The successful candidate will be able to:


    • Prioritize tasks and know when further direction is needed
    • Communicate effectively with suppliers and build effective relationships
    • Have a good understanding of production processes
    • Quickly develop an understanding of our Product Development and Manufacturing business needs
    • Understand shipping processes and procedures
    • Support team members in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other functions as needed.
    •  Identify improvements for purchasing and planning.

BA in Business, Supply Chain Management or 4 years of equivalent experience in a related field.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of QuickBooks
