  • Assist in the purchasing function in all parts of the organization
  • Maintain supply chain to ensure consistent material flow to meet production plan
  • Performs tactical purchasing to ensure the correct product is received on time
  • Effectively manages the coordination of shipments and documentation of outgoing orders
  • Accurately maintains data entry of inventory records
  • Actively pursues and negotiates cost savings to achieve financial goals
  • Prioritize tasks and know when further direction is needed
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and build effective relationships
  • Support team members in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other functions as needed
  • Identify improvements for purchasing and planning


  • BA in Business, Supply Chain Management or 4 years of equivalent experience in a related field
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of our Product Development and Manufacturing business needs
  • Have a good understanding of production processes
  • Understand shipping processes and procedures
